62- Theme : The same theme Lecturers: Nasreen Mustafa Sidddiq; minister of reconstruction and development . Sero Kadir; writer and journalist. Dr. Dler Shawes; a university professor. The first lecturer presented a brief reading of the book according to the opinion and understanding of the young generation who weren’t contemporary with the revolution but heard about through families, the society and the media, even the opponent media. She also explained the influence of the revolution on the Kurdistan women and social relations. And at the end she evaluated the book positively as a reference book. The second lecturer dealt with the book through an academic style and appreciated a number of subjects which the book refers to. He also indicated some of the important documents which the book included especially because“ the documents part” more than half of the book which is composed of (900) page. And he paid attention to other aspects the writer didn’t explain in details and hoped to be achieved in the new revised edition.
The third lecturer evaluated the book in an ideological and political style when he concentrated upon the importance of the book and its writer praising his dareness in presenting the cases frankly especially when talking about the (66) group schism. Then he criticized the educated Kurds severely for abandoning the revolution and leaving its leadership behind .At the same time,he called the educated Kurds of today to the author’s example in presenting and evaluating history ,events and the critical and political stands darely and clearly.
61- Theme : The same theme : Lecturer: Dr. Shafeeq Qazzaz; minister of human assistance and cooperation. Mahmood Muhammad; minister of culture. The first minister evaluated the book in general, numerating the characteristics and positive points of its pages and parts in addition to the subjects presented in them trustworthily and with evidences and documents .He also showed the defects and forgetfulness in regard not to mentioning the role of international friendship associations and the human organizations in supporting the Kurdish revolution and also the great role played by the association of the Kurdish students in Europe .He also presented his concept about the character of the leader “General Barzani” especially he accompanied him in his travel for treatment in America before his death.
The second lecturer divided his lecture into two sides ,one of them concentrating on the strong sites of the book and its characteristics because its author was in the center of decision at that time and many of the contemporaries of the revolution are still alive and can give their evidence for enriching the book. He also paid attention to the frankness and trustworthiness of the author in telling the events .
The second side of his lecture presents the defects of the book and especially in regard to o the fact that it doesn’t contain a theoretical evaluation of the political cultural and social situation of Kurdistan during the revolution and neglecting the role of the popular organizations in the revolution ,and especially at its last months and days with its effect on the administrative building in the existing federalism of Kurdistan .
60- Theme : The same theme :Lecturers : Fadhil Mirani ; a member of KDP political bureau. Salah Bedridden; Secretary of people’s union party in Syria. The first lecture dealt with the circumstances of the beginning of Aylool (September) Revolution and evaluated the book positively because of what it contained of facts, details and documents .He also clarified that ‘Perfection is a Divine Heavenly’ And called for evaluating the book in a daring critical way for enriching it so as to make the next edition revised and complete. He also expressed his opinion of the cases that the writer neglected specially the sacrifice and heroic deeds of some of popular sectors in some of Kurdistan’s regions and he said that the book forgives the error of the Iraqi communist party.
The second lecturer presented briefly the opinions and notices of the (6) previous lecturers who preceded him, and then he expressed his opinion, which was this question:“Why did we hold this series of researches about this particular book?” He answered himself saying:
Because the book contains the history of the great Kurdish revolution and its leader general Barzani. Also because the writer of the book is a leader in the Kurdish liberation movement. Then he evaluated the book according to an ideological and political reading and theoretical conclusions stemming from the existence of two trends in the Kurdish liberation movement since the schism of (66) group and its extension into four parts of Kurdistan and abroad as well. He then clarified the existence of a breach in the book through neglecting the interaction of the schism on the Kurdish situation in Syria and the role of the lecturer and his party in supporting Aylool revolution and its leader and the Barzani approach.
59- Theme: The same theme : Lecturer: Muhammad Mullah Kadir - Responsible of the first branch of KDP. Salah Bedridden; Secretary of people’s union party in Syria. Muaed Taeb; poet and writer.
The first lecturer evaluated the positively in general and praised the great efforts done by the author especially that he was in the decision center at that period. But he added that there are so many events and political and military battles that should be added to the book and he presented living examples for his above speech as he was one of the contemporaries of the revolution.
The second one dealt with the book from an analytic point of view in both the ideological and political aspects, and he expressed his understanding of what the contain about the (66) group clearly. He also presented an explanation of the reflection of the crisis plagued the Kurdish movement in Iraqi Kurdistan since the beginning of the sixties on the Kurdish movement in the other parts of Kurdistan horizontally and vertically, the effect of which is still going on.
And the third lecturer read his impression about the book in a literary way, when he assimilated the book “Barzani and the Kurdish Liberation Movement”to the most famous books in the world like Detoyviski’s”The Brothers Karamazof”subject of which is about the conflict of the brothers and the violence which associated it. And this literary assimilation got the satisfaction of the attendants.
58- Theme: The third part of “ Barzani and the Liberation Kurdish movement “by Mr. Masoud Barzani”.Lecturer: Ja’afar Ibrahim; deputy responsible of the first branch of KDP. Dr.Abdul Fatah Botani; a university professor. Tele Amin ; researcher. The first researcher evaluated the book from its both sides: Form and Content. After a general evaluation of the book and its author, he presented some notices about its form in regard to language, parts, printing and the number of pages. And then he suggested dividing the book into two parts .As far as content is concerned. He expressed significant observations about topics and subjects neglected by the writer and he suggested to be added to the next editions of the book.
The second lecturer dealt with the historical dimension of the book and paused at the subject of the deceased Abdul Kareem Qasim.He considered that the author evaluated Qasim sympathetically and from a human point of view, while Qasim’s regime was a chauvinist regime just like the other regimes preceding it .He called for a new evaluation of that regime politically and neutrally. He also noticed that the book didn’t contain great events related to Aylool (September) revolution and general Barzani’s role in it.
But the third lecturer had a different point of view about Qasim, because he thought that Qasim deserved appreciation for his positive stands towards the Kurds. He also paid attention to the significant subjects that the book dealt with and-like his co-lecturers-evaluated the writer’s clearness about the (66) group.
57- Theme: National ideology between Khani and Haji Kadir KoeeLecturer: Rasheed Findi, Writer and Linguist. He explained and assured that Khani’s poetry and especially in his famous epic “Mem-U-Zeen” included the first seeds of national consciousness and that the national ideology made its first appearance in the works of the Kurdish poet and philosopher –Khani-. In addition, Haji Kadir was the first to express the national consciousness in his poetry as far as southern Kurdistan is concerned. But this was not achieved before his travelling towards Istanbul where he became a guest of the Badr Khan family and aquatinted with “Mem-U-Zeen”. After returning to southern Kurdistan, he added national poems about the Kurds, Kurdistan, independence and liberty to his poetical product of flirtation .In this, he is clearly affected by Khani’s poetical school in addition to the Badr Khani’s approach.
56- Theme: The experience of the representative of Kurdistan region government in the Scandinavian countries. At first, he presented a short history of the first steps in regard of the diplomatic representation abroad and the difficulties it faced because it was the first experience in the political life for the Kurds in the recent era .He also explained some of the achievements done in the recent years in the Scandinavian countries and specially in Sweden .In this regard he paid attention to the meeting between the prime minister Mr. Nechirvan Barzani and the Sweden prime minister and his foreign minister as a huge piercing by the Kurdish diplomacy .He also concentrated on the cooperation of the representation of Kurdistan region government with the Kurdish and Kurdistani sides, establishments and organizations in Sweden.
55- Theme: The reflection of changing the Iraqi egime on the Kurds and the region. Lecturer: Ali Awni ; a master student in Duhok University and the member of the eighth branch of KDP. He presented his point of view concerning the different possible scenarios, starting from the happening of war and an attack to remove the Iraqi regime by force and then administrating Iraq by a military American ruler. After that originating a democratic federal regime and then starting the process of reconstructing Iraq and ending with the possibility of solving the problem peacefully through the retreat of the Iraq regime. He explained all these with their effect on the condition of the Kurds and the states of the region and especially those states that occupy Kurdistan .In this regard; the lecturer presented a series of necessary commissions that the Kurdish leadership has to do.
54- Reading of his new poetry book ‘Dhilal Al-Narjis’Lecturer : Fawzi Itrushi-riter and poet. He read some poems divided into flirting with the beloved which is a reference to thecapital Arbil and comparing its present situation-cultural,human,reconstruction –to the past years when it was ruled by the enemies of life,liberty and human relations on one side ,and confidential of Kurdistan nature from Zakho to Qanaqin through Itrush – the poets homeland on the other side.
53- The Kurdish case and the conflict over water and oil. Lecturer: Professor Dr..Azad Nakshbandi-University professor- Researcher. He explained in detail and in a scientific manner the geographical and geo- logical distribution of oil and water of Kurdistan in its four parts with its rate and quantity,and its role in the economical life of the state on which Kurdistan is divided ,also its influence on the international production of energy .He also dealt with the reflection of the existence of this strategic wealth on the Kurdish liberation movement and the Kurds so far,and unveiled the hidden facts of the way in which this wealth was used by the chauvinists regime ruling Kurdistan against the Kurdish people and their political movement . Furthermore he paid attention to changing this energy into a fatal weapon ,military equipment and wealth used in building an oppressive system for annihilation,liquidation,starvation,exile and torture.These processes are usually repeated, converting this blessing into vengeance addressed to the Kurds in some parts of Kurdistan .
52- Kurdish –Yazidi cultural festival-history and nationality- The Yazidi in Mam&Zeen’Lecturer: Khairi Shekhani and Resan Hassan. The same explanation above.
51- Kurdish –Yazidi cultural festival Lecturer: Khairi Bozani. The festival lasted for two days in which three lectures were presented for the clarification of the historical ,religious and national aspects of the Yazidi religious sects.And because the subject is presented for the first time ,it received a great attention from the cultural elite in Arbil .At the end of the festival Sharia group presented beautiful folklore activities .The singers also presented some interesting songs .
50- A cultural tour in the Iranian Kurdistan .Lecturers: Zainab Yousify –writer and activist in the domain of women rights .Nahida Husseini ,writer and poet .Shilan Gailani,a novelist and a poet. Their lecture was about culture in the Iranian Kurdistan ,in which every one of them spoke about a different aspect of the subject. That is why the lecture covered detailed explanation about the present cultural renaissance in the east of Kurdistan with its achievements of establishments,institutions ,centers and publications They also spoke about the great change in the life and the role of Kurdish women in social cultural ,technical and literary levels ,beside knowing their rights ,asking them to get rid of the bad behaviors that they inherited from their ancestors.And the cultural elite in Arbil received the lecture with satisfaction.
49- The role of Failies in Kurdish liberation movement .Lecturers : Professor Dr. Khalil Ismael Muhammad –University professor. He explained in detail the condition of Failies in history and their suffering, especially under the rule of the Bathists which included a denial of rights, evacuation and poverty.He also showed the great role of this group of people in the Iraqi government in general and the Kurdish liberation movement particularly.
48- Theme The retreat of the literary creation and the poets experience in Kurdistan .Lecturers: kadir Kachagh,a member of PDK leadership and directorate of general security. Here the lecturer studied (as a poet) in a critical point of view the reality of technical and literary life in Kurdistan and the retreat in the technical and creative context .And then he tried to present the causes of this retreat .In the end of the lecture ,the poet read a memorial poem about the military leader ,the martyr(Malak Chacco) who was killed when he was confronting the Iraqi and the Syrian armies in Zakho.
47- The nations of Kurdistan and the present situation.Lecturers : Fadhil Mirani, the KDP political bureau member .He explained the defacto of the multi-national situation in Kurdistan with the conditions of those groups and their rights under the rule of the successive Iraqi governments in comparison with the rights they get from the Kurdistan Region Government .He also drew attention to the general political status in the Region ,Iraq and the world presenting his point of view in this regard which represents the party and the government’s point of view about the present case and the future of Iraq and Kurdistan .
46- Women problem and her rights in Kurdistan .Lecturers: Shereen Amedi –Chief of Kurdistan women Federation. Nasrmeen Qaradaghi,director general in the ministry of human rights .Zhian Mirani , chief of Runahi association .Chloora Hadi ,chief of Khatoo Zeen association .Gulstan Jabbar ,lawyer.Tarza Jaf,from Sharaf Khan house.In this cooperative meeting, many views and attitudes were presented about some pivots related to the subject,like ;the role and struggle of Kurdistan women Federation ,women rights and the law ,women problems relating to marriage ,multiwives(polygamy), unmarried- ness, the relation between man and woman,the role of woman in Kurdistan political life .
45- A historical and geographical background about Mosul and Kirkuk. Lecturers : Professor Khalil Ismael Muhammad –University professor .Dr. Abdul Fatah Botani College of the Arts’ dean in Duhok University.The two professors presented in detail information about Mosul and Kirkuk from both; the historical and geographical aspects .The information included the regions around these two Iraqi cities and their positions in Iraq and Kurdistan history, depending on scientific sources and local,Arabic ,Turkish and international documents at a time when some chauvinists from Turkish authorities in Anqara demand the two cities to be annexed to Turkey.
44- The Kurdish issue after September,11,2001Lecturers : Hoshiar Zebari – The KDP political bureau member He explained in detail the causes and effects of the terrorist attacks of September ,11,2001 and its reflection on the regional,local and international status in addition to its effect on the Kurdish liberation movement generally and the condition of Iraqi Kurdistan in particular .He concluded that the present status is on the Kurds behalf because a bright future awaits them if they can run the conflict in a correct way .
43- Idris Barzani and relation with the masses .Lecturers : Serbaz Hawrami – the KDP entral committee member.He explained precisely this aspect of the life of the outstanding political leader –Idris Barzani especially as he lived with him and was his personal secretary from (1986) until his death. The lecture included some effective evidences and useful states in the life of that leader who had a great role in the leadership of general Barzani for the Kurdish liberation movement .
42- Beginning of the national conscience in Kurdistan Lecturers : Ali Tatar Nirwee –University professor .He dealt with the beginning and the growth of national conscience in Kurdistan in both of its two parts : the Ottoman‘s and the Persian’.In his analysis ,he depended on the historical document ,guides and scientific reliable sources .It is worth mentioning that the subject of this lecture is the essence of his master degree
41- Cultural progress in Kurdistan –Iran. Lecturers : Behram Walad Bagi , chief of Tehran Institution for Kurdish culture. Bakhtiar Sajjadi- university professor.The two cooperated in presenting two subjects about the cultural renaissance in the Iranian Kurdistan recenlyt,and its influence on the other parts of Kurdistan .Then they presented in detail the cultural achievements done concerning opening institutes,cultural centers and printing periodicals in addition to the Kurdish literature and activities aiming at developing the Kurdish literature among the Kurdish people in Iran.
40- Description of Iraqi Kurdistan constitution for federalism submitted by Domestic Party of Kurdistan.Lecturers: Ablahad Afram – chief of the Kildani cultural center – Duhok. Dr. Muhammad Umar Mawlood – University professor. Dr. Sherzad Najjar – University professor. Muhammad Baziani – a former minister, from the Islamic movement. In this co- meeting the attendants evaluated the project from its legal and political aspects expressing their personal points of view as they were representing different national and political sides for enhancing and enriching the project and applying it completely after the removal of the existing regime in an atmosphere of justice,equality and democracy inside a federal Iraqi republic.
39- Dr.Mohammad Ihsan- The minister of Human Rights in kurdistan Region Government.
This lecture was about what was called (Disgrace washing Crimes) after an amendment was issued by kurdistan goverment that the crimes committed under the name of -honour- will not be punished lightly as it was used to be. The government also put forward conditions that will be helpful in preventing crimes committed under that name.
The lecturer first produced abrief history about the subject in which he asserted that this custom was introduced to kurdistan from abroad and that it is unfamiliar to the traditions of our people. He also called for more awareness about the relations between the two sexes. Furthermore, he asserted the kurdistan culture traditions in dealing with woman and specially Barzan region tradition which is most progressive in this regrad.
38- Adnan Naqshbandi- the minister of Awqaf, Dr.Abdulla Agreen, responsible of national relations in Kurdistan Democratic Party, Abdul-Ghani Ali Yahya- A journalist, Ako Mohammad- Editor in chief of Media Newspaper.
This one was devoted to talking about the crime of excavating some of the naqshbandi doctrine sheikhŐs graves. There, the attendants concentrated on condemning such terrorists deeds against the heritage and history of the people in kurdistan and its glorious personalities who had great roles in the life of its people. They also considered those deeds to be addressed against the past and present of the people of kurdistan and aims at removing its signposts in addition to hurting the numerousness of the religion, culture and social customs in the region.
37- In this meeting, the lecturer throws light on the organic relation between enhancing and developing higher education in the region and the scientific and cultural development in the world in this era of cultural globalization and how to use the scientific developed mediums in order to reach the scientific development in this era.
The purpose of this will be the internationization of kursdistan establishments in regard of higher education which is the necessary cure for keeping cultural security at the national level.
36- Here, the lecturer concentrates on the fact that kurdistan had been since the daybreak of the history a source for the dialogue of civilizations in domains of religion, traditions, nationality and culture. He also discusses what has happened since september, 11, 2001 in the aspects of cultural dialogue and the regional and international attempts aiming at creating harmony and mixture among the different cultures. In this regard, he presented his notice about the defect of the initiatives put forward till now and failed, calling the kurds for an overall initiative to achieve the goal of creating cultural dialigue among the nations and religions of the area as their forefathers like Ibrahim Al-Khalil, Saladdin, the leaders of Khoeboun movement and Barzani family did before.

34- In this meeting, the lecturer explains the palestine experiment of reform and transformation, comparing it to the experiment of kurdistan. In addition to the stands of the regional and international parties in regard to the palestine condition, and the probability of benefitting from this expermriment by the kurds, because the palestine experiment is largely similar to that of kurdistan.
33- proffessor Dr.SaŐadi Barzinji- Chancellor of saladdin university. Abu Hikmat, general secretary of labour party for kurdistan Independence. Mulla Hassan, the member of the political Bureau of Kurdistan communist party, Abdul-Rahman Sidiq member of the leader ship of the Islamic union. Waleed sharika, general secretary of Turkuman Brother hood party.
It is clear that the participants of this activity represent the scientific and political trends in kurdistan who discussed the project of Iraqi Federal Republic Constitution, Submitted by kurdistan Democratic party. they presented their critical notices about it in addition to their support to a number of its clauses in order to enrich the project in the future because it was submitted by the PDK for discussion and it is not a final one. As a matter of fact, the kurds are the only Iraqi side to present such a project about the future of that country.
32- Here, the interior ministry explained the security condition in the region and threw light on its different aspects and its regional complexity. And according to accurate statistics, he discovered numbers and facts affirming the improvement in the security state, stability, decrease of the terrorist attempts internally and externally, success of the security centers in controlling the situation and aborting many terrorist attempts before being carried out. He also assured that all the security centers respect laws and take their cases with the people to justice seeking solution before courts.
31- Abdul-kadir Brifkani- A journalist and critic
This famous journalist talked about his experience in researches, documentation, writing and publishing about different cases in kurdŐs national liberation movements and specially about the Barzanis and general Mustafa Barzani, the symbol of kurds liberation movements, in addition to the witnesses of cultural, historical and political personalities about his life, role and principles.
30- Nouraddin Saed Waisi- journalist and critic
He paid attention to the necessity of constructive criticizm in cultural, social and political aspects of life for enriching and developing the achievements of the kurds and pretecting it against any interior or external danger. And this will help the leader ship in the region to achieve more and enable the kurds to reach the developed world. ofcourse this is a great means to protect and develop the federal experiment in kurdistan- Iraq.
29- Firsat Ahmed. Lawyer, Secretary of Kurdistan Parliament
The lecturer here explained the organic relation between the elections of the parliament on one side and the democratic transformation happening in the region on the other side. He also explained the role of the parliament in enhancing the democratic state by granting legitimacy to the government and issuing laws related to the democratic, humane and national aspects of life, in addition to questioning the members of the government now and then. The parliament also observes the persecutive and administrative performance of the government and abolishes any laws and resolutions which may be against general freedom or human rights and the development of the civil society specially those issued by dictator regimes in Iraq.
28- Jamal Uaed- Writer, member of the governing body of the kildani cultural society- Ankawa
In this lecture, history of the kildans and the devlopment of their situations through the different stages of history under the control of the successive Iraqi governments and their bad situations, was explained in detail. The lecturer also explained that the kildans as a nation and religion got their rights completely under the rule of kurdistan Regional Government and they were recognized as a result of the noble attitude of the symbol of the kurds ŇMustafa BarzaniÓ. He demanded that their remaining legitimate requests to be answered. At last he concentrated on the connection between the kildans and kurdistan as a homeland, people and administration.
27- Barzan Mulla khalid, Announcer of kurdistan radio during the revolution. Deputy minister in the ministry of culture.
This lecturer started his speech by presenting a background of his duty when he was working in the radio above mentioned and explained his experiment of those times. Then he clarified in detail how he was an announcer, editor, journalist and at the same time a self- sacrificer committed to BarzaniŐs approach.
Then he started discussing the role of the revolutionŐs radio in spreading national conscience and mobilization of the public and upbringing a new generation, because it was the only mass media means available despite the obstacles and difficulties put on its way and the low technical level at that time as a result of the enclosure of the neighbouring countries.
26- This lecture was about the requested role of the university in the society and the societyŐs duty in regard to its relations with the university. The lecturer also focussed upon the humane, national, scientific and educational role of the university in addition to supporting the political leader ship through researches, suggestions and initiatives.
At the end, he reached the conclusion that there is necessity for conformity and complementation between the two sides to reach the appealed aims of moving the people ahead and protecting their land.
25- Hadi Ali- minister of justice- Leadership Member of the Islamic union party.
He dealt with the performance of his ministry in kurdistan region from different points of view and specially in practising justice, implementing laws and the independency of the courts. He also focussed upon the attention that justice receives from the fourth cabinet of kurdistan regional government.
24- Dr.Sherzad Najjar- University professor- researcher
This professor concentrated on the ways of making the requested conditions available and enhancing them in order to enable the civil society to achieve its duty in reinforcing the democratic life, improving and protecting it, and discussing the possibilities and available alternatives for improving this achievement. He also concentrated on the cooperation between all the governmental and non- governmental sides for the realization of the requested aims.
23- Here, the subject of culture in its scientific shape was discussed with a gesture at the cultural life in kurdistan now and in the past as well. The lecturer also drew attention to the current cutural situation from a subjective critical point of view in which he univeiled the defects and weak situations as the opposite of the change and development happened during the time of the fourth cabinet.
22- The lecturer of this meeting put a complete picture of the educational situation in kurdistan before his listeners since the formation of the kurdish administration unil the time of the fourth cabinet. Then he explained in detail the tragic situation of education in the time of the successive governments in Baghdad, during the revolution, uprising of 1991 unil the present time. He also came to the achievements made and diagnosed the duties which have not been done yet because of the unavailability of potentialities. At last he drew the listenersŐ attention to the methods used by his ministry in the field of education generally and educating chidren particularly.
21- The lecturer dealt with the modern ways and means used in developing and progressing different sides of kurdistan society life, using her distinctive, scientific and subjective way of expression. She also limited the conditions that should be available to achieve the aim of development in addition to the light thrown by her on the requested unliminted cooperation between the government and the civil society. Furthermore, She focussed on the requested positive contribution materially and scientifically from the international sides, like the states and granting establishments.
20- Karwan Akraee- Journalist, Director of Kurdistan Satellite
He started with a critical view on palestini an situation and discovered the defects of the present political attitude of the palestinian leadership, concentrating on the fact that the new situation needs a new language and leaders of the national liberation and specially the legitimate political leadership of the palestinians.
19- Rasheed Fandi- Writer, Vice chairman of kurdistan scientific Institution
He tried to contribute in calling to reach a united and eloquent kurdish language among the different kurdish dialects, especially the northern and southern kirmanji dialects. In this respect, he put forward many ideas, scientific and linguistics conditions about the ways of achieving this dear cultural and national project from being achieved.
18- Dr.Marouf Khaznadar. university professsor, Writer and researcher.
This professor talked about his long experience in different aspects like: journalizm, what he encountered during that period and the political atmosphere, with a rapid review of persons, parties and establishmentŐs roles during those days.
17- Abdul- Rahman zebari. Lawyer
He adopted Federalizm as a solution for the case of the people in kurdistan and explained its usefulness to solve the case of other peoples in different places of the world. He also explained the human experiences in achieving federalizm and its success in Asia, Europe and Africa.
At last he stopped at the different solutions put forward for solving the problem of the people in kurdistan by the successive Iraqi governments, all of which failed.
16- Chiman Saleh. Journalist
She explained her experience in media and journalistic field in kurdistan starting with Gulan Cultural establishment and reaching Brayeti daily paper where she works now. It was clear that her experience was rich, specially that she started as an aspired youth and encountered many difficulties and pressures, but she succeeded in over coming obstacles due to her perseverence and seriousness in addition to benefitting from life experiences.
15- Abdulla Saleh- intellect, Deputy minister of the ministry of health and social affairs.
He explained in detail, accurately the social problems of different classes and categories in kurdistan and especially among the youth, children, poor and teenages. In this regard he presented lists of preventive and curative attempts made by his ministry, but he also admitted that it is necessary to treat some other serious social diseases which need potentialities, cooperation and interantional human support.
14- Salah Badraddin- Writer- general supervisor of Kawa association for kurdish culture.
This lecturer concentrated on the kurdish occasions in March which became a kurdistan month because of the historical, cultural and national occasions and happenings which took place in it, and he called for transforming this month with its occasions into a cultural station for more dialogues and connections between the kurds and the people of the region.
13- Jam Sheed Haidari- university professor- Writer
He explained the situation of the kurds outside the boarder in the last two decades and especially in sweden, and expressed some notes about the necessity of enhancing the connection between the people inside and outside and enchancement of cultural and international complementation between the two sides.
12- Aza Haseeb Qaradaghi- Writer and journalist
The lec&turer dealt with the definition of (connection to land), from its national, international and human aspects. He also clarified the attitude of public opinion towards this case and its effect in deepening relation cases with its quality and content which is connected to the conditions of the stage either revolutionary or governmental, temperory or permanent, tense or stable, democratic or dictatorial.
11- Abdul- Ghani Ali Yahya- Writer and journalist
He expressed his point of view concerning the case of attacking Iraq, its causes from the American point of view, the international, middle east and Arab stands and lastly the stand of the Iraqi and kurdistan people in this regard.
He also explained the fate of Iraq and its political future.
10- Kadir Wirya- Writer and journalist. Responsible of Iranian democratic party media.
He made his best efforts to produce the cultural situation in Iranian kurdistan with the achievements realized there now and in the past, in addition to the rate of the progress in different aspects of the kurdish culture. He also talked about the societies and establishments in charge of developing the present cultural situation and specially the party culture and the role of the political struggle in developing the kurdish culture since the time of Mahabad Republic antil now.
9- Mehdi Khoshnow. Litterateur. Chief of kurdŐs litterateurs Union- Arbil branch.
He dealt with the devlopment of kurdŐs litterateurs union historically and its role in unifying categories and literary kurdish personalities in defferent places of Iraqi kurdistan and its effect on the unity of the kurdish rank even in its political aspect and alleviation of the tragedies of the internal bloody war. He also called for the unity and strengthening the UnionŐs rights in order to make the kurdsŐ litterateurs one unified voice throughout kurdistan.
8- Samia Shakir Chawshli- university professor
She explained the state of the kurdish woman abroad specially in the European countries, her cultural, social and humane suffering and confronting difficulties not existed before. She also expressed her reservation about emigration, hoping for the return of the emigrants to take part in the reconstruction of kurdistan and rebuilding of its civil society.
7- Shukriya Rasoul- university professor- researcher
This lecturer studied a new, serious and important subject which is the effect of Anfal processes on kurdish family, presenting numbers and statistics in her detailed scientific lecture about the suffering of kurdish families in the human, psychological, ethical, material and educational aspects, as a result of the defamed Anfal processes implemented by the crimnal ruling band in Baghdad against thousands of the kurds.
6- Shukur Mustafa- Writer, researcher and litterateur Member of kurdistan scientific Institution.
His lecture included a scientific, philosophical and historical narration of the origin of the kurds on earth till now but specially after the Islamic conquest. In this, he presented the different aspects, sources and influences which had shares in the formation of the sources of ideology, culture and civilization for the people in kurdistan which helped in forming its national personality and its role in the human society.
5- Mohammad Kareem Arif- Writer and journalist.
He took the subject of translation in kurdistan as a topic for his lecture, when he threw light on the very early appearance of translation and translators with the quality of the translated subjects and their usefulness to the society in kurdistan. He also defined the necessary measurements and terms for the success of the translatorsŐ works. He called for the foundation of an establishment for translation in kurdistan under the auspices of the government, to put an annual programme about the useful subjects to be translated.
4- Kurdistan Mukiriani- Litterateur and Writer. Secretary of kurdistan Scientific institution.
She talked about the Mukiriani FamilyŐs history and role in developing the kurdish culture through establishing the first printing press in kurdistan and its efforts in spreading cultural conscience in kurdistan cities in the history of the people in the area.
3- His words were about the nature, history and cases of kurdistan national liberation mevemant from a nationalist point of view, its difficulties and the requested conditions to achieve its duties now and in the future.
He concentrated on the fact that Iraqi kurdistan and especially BarzaniŐs approach represents a gathering national center for the different powers and factions inside kurdistan liberation movement in the present time.
2- Sero Kadir- Writer and journalist- The former director of Gulan cultural Establishment
He presented clear and advanced ideas about the relation between authorities and intellectuals, and the needed complementation between them through unity and criticism, to make achievement and strengthening human rights and freedom of media, in order to make the kurdish experience a successful example to be followed.
1- He explained the concept of terrorism from kurditanian, regional and international points of view, dealing in detail with the increase of this phenomenon in the last decade with its causes, damages and negative results upon humanity at all, specially kurdish liberation movement which struggles in peaceful and lawful ways to achieve its aims. The lecturer tried to define this phenomenon at kurdistan level, specially those done under the names of Islam and left side parties.
